REFUND POLICY

1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain types of items (such as personalized, digital, or clearance products) may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund:

  • Email us at support@lorenz.co.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • Once we approve your request, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [your support email].

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
