REFUND POLICY
1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Your request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Certain types of items (such as personalized, digital, or clearance products) may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund:

Email us at support@lorenz.co.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once we approve your request, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
